BAYAN LEPAS, April 12 – The Northern International Audio & Visual Show (NIAV) 2025 is set to return from 25th to 27th April at the Setia SPICE Convention Centre, offering an immersive and interactive experience that bridges technology and entertainment. Featuring over 50 exhibitors and more than 125 world-class brands from across the globe, including the USA, Japan, Denmark, and beyond, NIAV 2025 reaffirms Penang’s status as a hub for innovation and high-end audio-visual excellence.
In his address at the official press conference, Penang State EXCO for Tourism and Creative Economy YB Wong Hon Wai highlighted NIAVS as more than just an exhibition—it’s a strategic platform driving economic, cultural, and creative growth. “NIAVS supports our Penang 2030 vision by combining business, innovation, and inclusivity, while boosting local industries and inspiring future talents,” he stated. This year’s show will also feature live performances by international and local artists, including a free public concert by acclaimed Japanese soul singer Nao Yoshioka.
The initiative underscores Penang’s commitment to making high-quality cultural experiences accessible to all, while also strengthening the local creative ecosystem. Organised by Gryphon Production with support from the Penang Convention & Exhibition Bureau (PCEB), NIAVS 2025 is not only expected to draw audiophiles and tech enthusiasts, but also serve as a launchpad for collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and economic impact across multiple sectors.
