KUALA LUMPUR, May 1 – AirAsia MOVE has introduced Easy Cancel, a new add-on feature that allows travelers to cancel their flights up to 48 hours before departure and receive a refund within ten days. Available exclusively on the AirAsia MOVE app, this feature offers travelers peace of mind by enabling cancellations for any reason—no questions asked—enhancing convenience and flexibility in travel planning.
Easy Cancel provides guests the option to receive 80% to 100% refunds, including on baggage, meals, and other add-ons, provided the feature is selected during the booking process. While currently applicable to all AirAsia routes (excluding South Korea and Indonesia domestic flights), it will expand to AirAsia X routes such as Kuala Lumpur–Almaty and Kuala Lumpur–Sydney by the end of May.
