PETALING JAYA, May 16 – IJM Land Berhad marks a major milestone with the completion and handover of two rehabilitated homes under its long-running ‘MyHome’ CSR initiative, celebrating 15 years of empowering underprivileged families.
The newly rebuilt homes—one for Mr. Chan Ngan Chong and family in Seremban, and another for Mr. Wong See Kong in Sandakan—reflect the company’s steadfast commitment to enhancing lives through safe and dignified housing. Launched in 2010, the ‘MyHome’ Programme has now transformed the lives of 23 families nationwide, delivering critical home rebuilds, renovations, and essential support.
With comprehensive upgrades ranging from structural rebuilding to furnishing, IJM Land’s efforts not only provide shelter but restore hope and stability to vulnerable communities. “ We believe every Malaysian deserves a secure place to call home,” said Datuk Chai Kian Soon, COO of IJM Land. “Through MyHome, we’re building more than homes—we’re building futures.”
