KUALA LUMPUR, May 30 – Pertama Digital Berhad (PDB) has received an Extension of Time from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad until 31 October 2025 to submit its Proposed Regularisation Plan, marking a major step forward in its mission to modernise Malaysia’s digital public infrastructure.
The extension enables PDB to finalise strategic initiatives, including the acquisition of D-Ron Group—an AI and public safety tech leader—and a pivotal partnership with Infobip, a global CPaaS giant set to revolutionise government-to-citizen engagement in Malaysia. With rakyat-centric innovations like eJamin, BizKecil, and KOCEK already in motion, PDB is deepening its role as a digital enabler for national resilience and inclusion.
The company is also exploring cybersecurity solutions with Netsec Sdn Bhd to support high-security agencies. Group CEO Designate Lim Nasrul Halim expressed gratitude to Bursa Malaysia and affirmed PDB’s commitment to delivering lasting value through scalable, inclusive technologies that serve the rakyat and elevate Malaysia’s digital future.
