Microsoft has unveiled two new additions to its Copilot+ PC family: the 13-inch Surface Laptop and 12-inch Surface Pro, both designed to bring the power of AI to more people through lightweight, ultra-thin devices at accessible price points. These Copilot+ PCs are powered by the Snapdragon X Plus processor with integrated 45 TOPS NPU, offering unmatched speed, responsiveness, and energy efficiency.
With the Surface Laptop delivering up to 23 hours of video playback and the Surface Pro weighing just 1.5 pounds. The Surface Laptop boasts a vibrant Full HD touchscreen, AI-enhanced camera, and quiet typing experience, while the new Surface Pro retains its iconic 2-in-1 design with a detachable keyboard and magnetic Slim Pen.
Both devices feature the new Copilot key, USB-C fast charging, and eco-conscious materials, including 100% recycled cobalt in the battery cell and recycled rare earth metals in magnets—making them Microsoft’s most sustainable yet. In addition to sleek hardware, the devices unlock cutting-edge AI capabilities like Recall, improved Windows search, and Click to Do, with more productivity-enhancing features rolling out to Windows Insiders.
Available starting May 20, 2025, at $899 for the Surface Laptop and $799 for the Surface Pro, the new Copilot+ PCs are also joining the Surface for Business lineup beginning July 22 in select markets.
