KUALA LUMPUR, June 19 – BIG Caring Group, Malaysia’s largest retail pharmacy chain, has selected RISE with SAP on Amazon Web Services (AWS) to unify and modernize its operations across over 500 stores nationwide. Formed through the 2023 merger of BIG Pharmacy Healthcare and Caring Pharmacy.
The group is transitioning to a cloud-based ERP platform to streamline critical business functions such as inventory, supply chain, finance, and customer engagement—marking a major step in its ongoing digital transformation. This strategic move will allow BIG Caring Group to enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual processes, and quickly adapt to changing market demands.
With the added power of SAP’s Business AI and AWS’s scalable infrastructure, the group is also set to unlock new innovations in predictive analytics, personalized customer experiences, and real-time inventory optimization—paving the way for a smarter, more connected future in Malaysia’s pharmacy retail landscape.
