KUALA LUMPUR, June 19 — The First Instance Body (FIB) has issued an official clarification regarding Kelantan Darul Naim FC’s (KDN FC) compliance with licensing requirements for the 2025–2026 season, addressing concerns over reported outstanding payments.
According to Article F.04 under the MFL Club Licensing Regulations 2024–2025, all applicants must prove there are no overdue payables or must have a mutually agreed payment plan with relevant parties by December 31, 2024.
The FIB confirmed that KDN FC has no outstanding salaries for its Super League team and has submitted a valid installment payment plan for its U-23 squad, signed by all affected players.
Additionally, the club has presented officially endorsed installment requests to KWSP and PERKESO. The MFL Licensing Unit will continue to monitor these arrangements, with FIB warning that any false declarations could lead to further investigation.
