KUALA LUMPUR, June 24 – The Sessions Court has fixed 15 days beginning April 13, 2026, for the trial of FashionValet founders Datin Vivy Yusof and her husband Datuk Fadzarudin Shah Anuar, who are facing criminal breach of trust charges involving RM8 million in investment funds from Khazanah Nasional and Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB).
The trial dates will span three sessions from April to June, with 26 prosecution witnesses expected to testify. The couple, both 37, are accused of transferring RM8 million from FashionValet Sdn Bhd’s account to another entity, 30 Maple Sdn Bhd, without board approval in 2018.
They face charges under Sections 409 and 403 of the Penal Code, which carry penalties including imprisonment, fines, and whipping. Both have pleaded not guilty, and the next case mention is set for October 27.
