KUALA LUMPUR, July 13 — Samsung has officially unveiled the Galaxy Z Flip7, its latest compact foldable phone that marries AI innovation with an edge-to-edge FlexWindow and flagship-level camera. Powered by a 3nm processor and One UI 8, the Z Flip7 offers enhanced AI experiences, including voice-controlled tasks, real-time recommendations, and personalized widgets — all from the 4.1-inch FlexWindow.
Designed for one-handed use, it features a 6.9-inch main display and supports Samsung DeX for PC-like productivity on the go. The Galaxy Z Flip7 is also the thinnest in the Flip series, weighing just 188g and protected by Corning® Gorilla® Glass Victus® 2 and a redesigned Armor FlexHinge. It houses a 4,300mAh battery that provides up to 31 hours of video playback.
Photography sees a major leap with a dual camera setup (50MP wide + 12MP ultra-wide), enhanced Nightography, and new selfie tools like Real-Time Filters, Zoom Slider, and Dual Preview, allowing users to snap flawless shots straight from the cover screen.
Samsung also introduced the Galaxy Z Flip7 FE, an affordable foldable with FlexCam features and helpful cover screen tools. Both models are now available for pre-order until July 31, with general sales starting August 1. Prices begin at RM4,999 for the Galaxy Z Flip7 and RM3,999 for the Flip7 FE, available in a range of stylish color options.
