KUALA TERENGGANU, July 14 — Education Minister Fadhlina Sidek confirmed that the Ministry of Education has referred the case of a liquor auction held at a primary school in Pontian to the police for investigation.
She emphasised that the ministry will not tolerate any form of misconduct or rule violations involving schools. Speaking at the closing of the Madani Rakyat Programme 2025 in Terengganu, Fadhlina said the ministry is closely monitoring the situation.
Including reports of a scuffle during the event, and assured that appropriate action will be taken once investigations conclude.
