WASHINGTON, D.C., July 16 — Special Olympics has kicked off the one-year countdown to the 2026 USA Games in Minneapolis by announcing a landmark three-year, $5 million grant and Platinum Partnership with Bank of America.
The grant will expand global leadership and workforce readiness programs for athletes with intellectual and developmental disabilities, while also supporting inclusive sports initiatives and highlighting the bank’s long-standing commitment to disability inclusion and community impact.
