KUALA LUMPUR, July 18 — DHL has renewed its strategic collaboration with the Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA) through a new Memorandum of Understanding, reinforcing efforts to position Malaysia as a premier logistics and investment hub in Asia.
This partnership will see all four DHL business divisions in Malaysia – DHL Express, DHL Supply Chain, DHL Global Forwarding, and DHL eCommerce – working in tandem with MIDA to drive foreign direct investment and enhance the nation’s supply chain ecosystem.
The collaboration builds upon successful initiatives since 2023 that have spurred investments across key sectors like electronics, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, and digital economy. With Malaysia’s competitive edge in logistics, smart automation, and regional connectivity.
Both parties are committed to supporting the country’s economic ambitions, including the goals outlined in the New Industrial Master Plan 2030 and the national sustainability agenda.
