KUALA LUMPUR, July 29 — Pavilion Bukit Jalil is bringing the heart of Japan to Malaysia with its MATSURI Festival – Konnichiwa, Japan. Together, Here., from 30 July to 3 August 2025.

Organized in collaboration with the Japan Graduates’ Association of Malaysia (JAGAM), the five-day celebration will feature traditional performances, authentic Japanese street food, artisanal crafts, and cultural showcases. Transforming the mall into a vibrant hub of Japanese festivities.

Leading up to the main event, visitors can enjoy a Japan Fair by The Food Merchant (17 July–3 August) and Japanese vendor booths from MUJI to Tokyo Town (29 July–3 August), with the festival launching at Centre Court.

In addition to the rich cultural offerings, Pavilion Bukit Jalil is rewarding shoppers with exclusive BUKIT JALIL TSUTAYA BOOKS tote bags and vouchers from 3 July to 3 August. Shoppers spending RM300 and above during the festival period can redeem the tote bag, while those who spend RM500 or more will receive both the tote and a RM20 TSUTAYA BOOKS Café voucher.
