KUALA LUMPUR, August 6 — MN Holdings Berhad has firmly denied any involvement in the RM180 million Johor data centre project currently under investigation by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC).

In a statement issued today, the company clarified that it has no direct or indirect participation in the project and is not under any form of investigation related to the alleged bribery case reported by several media outlets.

The company responded following speculation linking various firms to the high-profile probe, which has so far led to the arrest of four individuals and the seizure of RM7.5 million in cash.

MN Holdings stressed its commitment to ethical business practices, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance, assuring stakeholders that it remains uninvolved in the case and operates with full transparency.
