The new offerings include the world’s first Kaya Butter Coconut Toast served inflight, Pak Nasser’s Nasi Lemak Light wrapped in banana leaf, and a healthier twist on beloved drinks like ZERO Teh Tarik Kaw Kaw and ZERO Calorie Asam Boi in collaboration with ZUS Coffee.
Catherine Goh, CEO of Santan, said the new menu pays tribute to Malaysia’s rich culinary heritage while addressing growing demand for healthier options. Santan’s new Club ZERO range uses safe, zero-calorie sugar substitutes and complements a refreshed snack segment featuring local favourites like Muruku and Pineapple Tart.
Available now on all AirAsia and AirAsia X flights, the Merdeka-themed menu combines value, tradition, and innovation in every bite.
