SHAH ALAM, August 10 – Proton New Energy Technology (PRO-NET) has officially launched the MISI 5 Tour, bringing the highly anticipated Proton e.MAS 5 — Malaysia’s next entry-level EV — on a nationwide roadshow.
From August to October, the tour will make stops in all five major regions, giving Malaysians a chance to preview the e.MAS 5 at iconic tourist landmarks and Proton e.MAS dealerships across 13 states and 29 towns. The hands-on experience aims to build excitement and trust ahead of the model’s official launch later this year.
Designed for everyday Malaysians — from urban starters to families — the Proton e.MAS 5 blends smart features, spacious practicality, and cutting-edge EV tech. The MISI 5 Tour is more than a car showcase; it celebrates local lifestyles through interactive sessions and influencer-led challenges across fashion, food, culture, and adventure.
As PRO-NET CEO Zhang Qiang explains, “It’s about connecting people with real EV experiences.” The tour kicks off in the Central region from 9 to 17 August, featuring stops at top destinations and showrooms in the Klang Valley.
