KUALA LUMPUR, August 14 — AirAsia’s RedGames Jam returned for its third year, spotlighting rising regional game development talent. Team Glep emerged as the grand prize winner with their quirky game Tappy’s Time Off, securing an all-expenses-paid trip to the 2025 Tokyo Game Show.
Hosted at Asia Pacific University and part of the airline’s Dream It brand initiative under The Colour of Connection campaign, the 48-hour game jam saw participation from 36 teams across Southeast Asia. More than just a competition, RedGames Jam 2025 offered aspiring developers mentorship, exposure, and real-world opportunities.
Team LOGIC – Greybox from Indonesia placed first runner-up, winning flights and passes to gamescom asia x Thailand Game Show. All Top 10 teams will also showcase their work at Level Up KL. Through initiatives like this, AirAsia continues to champion Asean talent, blending people, passion, and places to shape the future of game development.
