KUALA LUMPUR, August 15 — Malaysia Fashion Week (MFW) 2025, organized by Stylo International in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture (MOTAC), is set to make a grand return on 4–5 October 2025 at the World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur.

Announced during a press conference on 12 August 2025, this year’s edition marks the first MFW since 2018 and carries the theme “Legacy in Motion: Heritage, Lifestyle & Leadership”, aligning with the nation’s Visit Malaysia Year 2026 vision. The event will celebrate Malaysia’s cultural identity through fashion while positioning the country on the global creative map.

Highlights include Malaysia’s longest runway at 1,300 meters — a Malaysia Book of Records feat — and the Gentlemen’s Walk, featuring prominent Malaysian leaders and influencers. Mr. Tourism World, Asyraf Dasley, will serve as the official muse, with over 30 designers from Malaysia and abroad expected to participate.

The event is anticipated to draw more than 1,000 VIP guests, including royalty, corporate leaders, and fashion elites, supported by exclusive sponsorship opportunities spanning automotive, finance, and wellness sectors.“MFW 2025 is more than a fashion show — it’s a national statement of style, legacy, and leadership,” said Co-Chairman Bon Zainal Harun.

Organizers have extended an open call to designers, lifestyle brands, and media to collaborate through branded activations, runway integrations, and high-impact promotions such as Hop On Hop Off bus branding, promising unmatched exposure in the lead-up to Visit Malaysia 2026.
