BANGSAR, August 18 — Central Impression Sdn Bhd has secured six major anchor and strategic tenants for its upcoming Sentra Mall @ Ipoh, which is slated to open by the end of October 2025.
At a signing ceremony on 29 July, officiated by CEO Dato’ Seow Yong Chin and COO Tuan Hamzarul Hazmir, the mall welcomed Parkson and Cold Storage as anchor tenants, alongside Sentra Splash water theme park, Funtasi Land by Carnivex Adventure, and Pickle Land.
A pickleball and recreation hub featuring MAC Club, Pickle Venture, and Sports Sync. The brands aim to create a vibrant mix of retail, leisure, and community spaces in Klebang, Ipoh.
Hamzarul emphasised the mall’s vision as a connected lifestyle destination blending shopping, entertainment, and local culture, while Seow highlighted strong partnerships as key to building a thriving hub.
Parkson will offer fashion and household goods, Cold Storage will provide premium groceries, and the other attractions promise family entertainment and sporting activities. The development is set to become a new landmark for Ipoh, integrating retail, recreation, and wellness under one roof.
