PETALING JAYA, September 13 — Two homegrown favourites, Secret Recipe and ZUS Coffee, have joined forces to unveil the ZUS Indulgence Cake — a dessert that fuses chocolate and coffee into one indulgent creation.
Inspired by Secret Recipe’s iconic Chocolate Indulgence®, the new cake layers moist mocha sponge, milk chocolate cream, coffee mousse, and coffee whipped cream, finished with a rich chocolate topping.
Available from Sept 15, just in time for Malaysia Day, the cake is priced at RM142 for a whole 8-inch and RM13.50 per slice, with exclusive ZUS-themed packaging celebrating the spirit of local collaboration.
Secret Recipe’s Head of Marketing Evelyn Lee said the partnership reflects the strength of Made-in-Malaysia brands, while ZUS Coffee’s Head of Marketing Jennifer Sim added that the dessert takes the ZUS experience “beyond the cup.”
The ZUS Indulgence Cake will first be available at selected Secret Recipe outlets before expanding across Peninsular Malaysia the following week, offering Malaysians a fresh and proudly local way to indulge.
