KUALA LUMPUR, October 3 — Advancecon Holdings Berhad has secured a RM66.9 million contract through its subsidiary Advancecon Infra Sdn. Bhd. for the construction and completion of earthworks at Southern Ibrahim Technopolis (IBTEC) in Kulai, Johor.

The flagship 7,290-acre township, designated as part of the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone (JS-SEZ), is set to drive cross-border investment, digital infrastructure, and sustainable urbanisation. Group CEO Dato’ Phum Ang Kia said the project not only enhances Advancecon’s footprint in Johor but also reinforces its role in shaping Malaysia’s infrastructure and township development.
