KUALA LUMPUR, October 6 – The Sony World Photography Awards has unveiled the jury for its 19th edition, with Monica Allende returning as Professional competition Jury Chair and London exhibition curator for the third year.

The 2026 exhibition will run at Somerset House, London, from April 17 to May 4, featuring winning and shortlisted works alongside presentations from 2025 Photographer of the Year Zed Nelson.

With over 419,000 images entered in the last edition, the Awards continue to be one of the world’s most prestigious platforms for contemporary photography, offering free entry, anonymous judging, and global exposure.

The 2025 travelling exhibition is currently showing in Milan until September 28 before opening in Berlin on October 16, while deadlines for 2026 submissions span November 2025 to January 2026, with prizes including Sony digital imaging equipment and cash awards of up to USD 25,000.
