KUALA LUMPUR, October 28 — I-Berhad, the master developer of i-City, Malaysia’s No.1 Digital City, announced a record-breaking profit before tax (PBT) of RM26.8 million for Q3FY2025, marking a 74% year-on-year surge driven by strong property development and investment performances.
The milestone quarter also coincides with the debut of Malaysia’s first AI robot, underscoring I-Berhad’s strategic pivot toward an AI-driven transformation anchored by its visionary “AI World” initiative. With a remaining RM5 billion gross development value in the pipeline.
The Group is positioning i-City as a future-ready, technology-powered smart city designed to lead Malaysia into the AI era.
