IPOH, October 28 – UEM Edgenta Berhad reinforced its commitment to ethical excellence and transparency through the launch of the Edgenta Integrity Plan (EIP) 2025 during its annual Integrity Day 2025 in Ipoh, Perak.

Officiated by KPKPj Samsul Salip of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC), the event marked a major step in embedding robust governance and anti-corruption measures across all levels of the organisation.

UEM Edgenta leaders, including Dato’ George Stewart LaBrooy, Chairman of the Board Governance and Risk Committee, and Encik Shaiful Subhan, Officer-in-Charge, reaffirmed integrity as the foundation of the Company’s operations, aligning with the National Anti-Corruption Strategy (NACS) and its FIRST core values.

Featuring thought-provoking sessions by MACC and industry experts, the event concluded with the Corruption-Free Pledge (CFP), underscoring UEM Edgenta’s zero-tolerance policy toward corruption and its ongoing mission to uphold transparency, accountability, and good governance as drivers of corporate and national progress.
