BAYAN BARU, October 29 — Hunza Group hosted an exclusive media tour at Muze@PICC, marking two years since the completion and certification of Northern Malaysia’s tallest smart residential tower.
The event welcomed representatives from various media outlets to explore the building’s world-class facilities and elegant show units, underscoring Hunza’s continued commitment to redefining smart and sustainable living in Penang through the Penang International Commercial City (PICC) development.
Standing at 205.5 metres (674 feet), Muze@PICC comprises 846 freehold luxury condominium units across two towers — Tower A with 52 storeys and Tower B with 58 — with more than 90% of units sold and a 60% occupancy rate to date.
Approximately 65% of owners are local, while international buyers hail mainly from Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Indonesia, and China. The residences feature advanced smart home systems, with panoramic views of the city, sea, or hills, complemented by over 70 lifestyle facilities designed for family, wellness, and leisure.
Hunza Group CEO of Sales & Marketing, Dato’ Lily Tan, announced that the company will widen the stretch of Tun Dr Awang Road fronting the PICC development to support better accessibility and pedestrian-friendly urban design.
“Encouraging walkability and reducing car dependency are central to our master plan,” she said, adding that the future phases of PICC — including Senze@PICC, the upcoming shopping mall, and other facilities — will be connected via link bridges to the nearby Penang LRT station.
Currently under active construction, Senze@PICC is set for completion by the end of 2026, with over 80% of its units already sold or reserved. The project continues to strengthen PICC’s position as Penang’s emerging global-standard township, seamlessly integrating living, business, and lifestyle spaces within one dynamic ecosystem.
Hunza Group also confirmed that Muze @ PICC’s residents are in the process of finalising their strata title transfers with the Joint Management Body (JMB) expected to be officially formed by January 2026.
This milestone will signify the formal handover of management responsibilities from the developer to the resident community, marking a new chapter for Penang’s most iconic smart residential address.
