KUALA LUMPUR, November 3 — The Land Public Transport Agency (APAD) has confirmed the one-month suspension of luxury coach operator Aeroline from November 6 to December 5, citing repeated violations of licence conditions for failing to operate from an approved terminal.

APAD said the company had received three show-cause letters since March and admitted to operating from unauthorised locations, including Corus KLCC, 1 Utama, and Sunway Pyramid, instead of Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS).

The agency stated that the suspension, enforced under Section 27 of the Land Public Transport Act, was necessary to uphold safety standards and maintain order in public transport operations. In response, Aeroline expressed regret over the directive and announced a temporary halt to all Malaysia–Singapore routes during the suspension period.

The company said customers could request refunds or retain tickets for future use while it appeals the decision. Aeroline also urged the public for understanding, noting its 23-year history of providing convenient and comfortable city-centre coach services.

The move has drawn disappointment from loyal passengers online, many of whom praised Aeroline’s reliability and questioned the need to relocate to TBS.
