Element by Westin Kuala Lumpur is celebrating International Chefs Day with “A Culinary Celebration,” a refined 3-course menu crafted by its talented young chefs who recently triumphed at Culinaire Malaysia 2025.
Available from October 11 to November 9, 2025, every Saturday and Sunday at TRACE Restaurant & Bar, the menu features award-winning creations such as the Bulgogi Glazed Beef Loin with Spinach-Infused Mousse, Pan-Seared Salmon with Layered Saffron Potato, and Smoked Glazed Duck à la Pistachio — each dish reflecting a perfect balance of creativity, technique, and local inspiration.
Guests can enjoy this exquisite dining experience, priced at RM148 nett per person, against panoramic views from Level 40 of Element Kuala Lumpur. General Manager Mandy Ooi praised the chefs’ achievements, saying the menu not only celebrates their passion and innovation but also honours the mentorship that shaped their culinary journey.
The dining experience concludes with the decadent Ferrero Brûlée Entremets, making “A Culinary Celebration” a must-try for gourmands seeking artistry and flavour in every course.
