KUALA LUMPUR, November 6 — The Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers (AICB) has unveiled FSF Xcel, Malaysia’s first industry-wide digital skills assessment platform designed to benchmark and elevate workforce capabilities across the financial sector.
Developed in collaboration with Accendo Technologies, FSF Xcel operationalises the Future Skills Framework (FSF) introduced in 2024, enabling financial institutions to identify skill gaps, map learning pathways, and future-proof their talent strategies.
Covering 159 job roles and 157 critical skills, the platform aligns with Bank Negara Malaysia’s Financial Sector Blueprint 2022–2026 to strengthen the nation’s financial talent pipeline and drive a digitally fluent, innovation-ready workforce.
