BUKIT MERTAJAM, November 13 — Over 300 guests attended the Convent Bukit Mertajam (CBM) Charity Dinner 2025 held at The Light Hotel, Seberang Jaya, to raise funds for upgrading educational facilities and student development at SK and SMK Convent Bukit Mertajam.
The event, jointly organised by the Parent-Teacher Associations and School Board, was officiated by YB Daniel Gooi Zi Sen, Penang State EXCO for Youth, Sports and Health, and State Assemblyman for Padang Lalang.
Organising Chairman Ahmad Anas Ismail said the initiative aims to enhance learning environments through smart board installations while fostering unity among the school community, alumni, and local residents.
The evening featured performances by students and alumni, reflecting the enduring Convent spirit, with hopes that continued alumni and community support will sustain future educational excellence and student welfare.
