KUALA LUMPUR, November 15 – The Malaysian Football League’s Financial Fair Play (FFP MFL) unit has confirmed that Kelantan TRW FC and PDRM FC have been issued escalating fines and a transfer ban after repeatedly failing to submit required financial declarations and settle outstanding salary arrears from previous seasons.
As verified by the Professional Footballers Association of Malaysia. Despite multiple reminders and warnings following the submission deadline of 16 October 2025, both clubs did not provide the necessary declarations or proof of payment, prompting the First Instance Body (FIB) to impose three consecutive penalties amounting to RM10,000, RM20,000, and RM40,000 respectively.
Along with a ban on player transfers for the second window of the 2025–2026 season. The FIB has set 31 December 2025 as the final deadline for both clubs to resolve all arrears, warning that more severe actions under Article 14(1)(e) of the FFP regulations may follow if they fail to comply.
