KUALA LUMPUR, November 25 — UEM Edgenta Berhad has announced the appointment of Shaiful Subhan as its new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 November 2025. Shaiful, who has been serving as the company’s Officer in Charge since August, joined UEM Edgenta in 2023 as Head of Healthcare Solutions and Managing Director of Edgenta Mediserve.
With over 25 years of leadership experience spanning healthcare, technology, and infrastructure sectors, and previous roles including Group CEO of IRIS Corporation Berhad, Shaiful brings extensive expertise to lead UEM Edgenta’s regional growth. The Board expressed confidence that his leadership will further strengthen the company’s position as a key player in asset management and infrastructure solutions.
