KUALA LUMPUR, December 5 — Malaysia officially unveiled its Pavilion at COP30 under the theme “Climate Action Now: Net Zero Pathways Unlocked,” reaffirming its commitment to achieving net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050 while championing biodiversity, climate justice, and sustainable development.

Showcasing a whole-of-nation and whole-of-region approach, the Pavilion brings together government, industry, and civil society voices to highlight initiatives in ecosystem restoration, energy transition, and climate finance, while hosting high-level dialogues, panel discussions, and collaborative sessions designed to advance global and regional climate resilience.

Spearheaded by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Sustainability (NRES) with support from MGTC, Tenaga Nasional Berhad, and Maybank, the Pavilion underscores Malaysia’s leadership in driving tangible climate action and fostering cooperation across ASEAN and beyond.
