BATU KAWAN, December 6 – Penang is set to bloom this December as the 2025 Klippa Orchid Show, organized by the Federation of Malaya Orchid Society (FOMOS), makes its debut in Seberang Perai at Klippa Shopping Mall, Batu Kawan, from 13 to 21 December 2025.
This year’s exhibition, running daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., will transform the mall into a vibrant floral haven, bringing together orchid growers, collectors, and enthusiasts from across Malaysia and the region to showcase their artistry and expertise, while offering visitors a serene cultural experience amidst the fragrance and elegance of countless orchid displays.
Celebrating FOMOS’s 67-year legacy, the show highlights Malaysia’s growing presence in the global orchid community. With the national team recently earning second place in the International Landscape Design Competition at the Asia Pacific Orchid Conference in Taiwan.
The event reflects the Penang State Government’s vision of sharing cultural and community experiences across the state. Coinciding with other December highlights such as the Penang Bridge International Marathon, and marking a period of energy, elegance, and heritage celebration for Batu Kawan residents and visitors alike.
