KUALA LUMPUR, December 8 — Maxis Berhad, in collaboration with Pusat Asasi Sains Universiti Malaya (PASUM), successfully organised a two-day STEM camp for 85 Form 4 students as part of the Maxis eKelas Menuju Gemilang 2025 programme.

The initiative, launched in July in partnership with the Ministry of Education, focuses on supporting high-potential students in preparing for their SPM examinations and increasing their opportunities for tertiary education.

Held at PASUM, the camp featured interactive STEM activities designed to fuel students’ interest in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics while strengthening their university readiness.

The selected students — recognised for their strong academic results, leadership qualities, and active involvement in co-curricular activities — participated in hands-on workshops, problem-solving challenges, and inspirational sessions led by PASUM educators.

Through this camp, Maxis aims to empower ambitious young Malaysians to pursue STEM-related pathways and enhance their prospects for future scholarships, higher education, and careers in innovation-driven fields.
