KUALA LUMPUR, December 15 — Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), in collaboration with the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE), UiTM, MDEC and PERKESO, has concluded the KodeMyFuture programme, a flagship digital skills initiative that trained nearly 100 university graduates in coding, AI, cloud, data analytics and cybersecurity to enhance employability in Malaysia’s growing digital economy.

Officiated by MOHE Director General Datuk Professor Dr Azlinda Azman, the three-day closing ceremony celebrated the programme’s success in building a high-quality talent pipeline aligned with Malaysia’s national aspirations, including lowering graduate unemployment and increasing the nation’s share of high-skilled workers to 35% by 2030.

Through public-private collaboration, structured learning modules, mentorship and industry-based projects, KodeMyFuture has already helped graduates secure roles across key sectors while strengthening Malaysia’s long-term vision of developing an innovation-driven, future-ready workforce.
