NEGERI SEMBILAN, December 23 — Exis Tech Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of Hangzhou Changchuan Technology Co. Ltd. (CCTECH), has inaugurated its second production facility in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan.
Eith an initial RM25 million investment that doubles its current production capacity, marking a strategic expansion of Malaysia’s semiconductor ecosystem. The Phase 2 expansion, set to begin in early 2026 with over RM100 million in investment, will create 600–800 skilled jobs and strengthen the nation’s industrial capabilities.
While positioning Exis Tech as CCTECH Group’s principal manufacturing and export hub outside China. Integrating advanced IC equipment and Automated Optical Inspection systems to support innovation, local talent development, and Malaysia’s role in the global semiconductor value chain.
