Launched in collaboration with Swap Asia, the service is available to all CelcomDigi prepaid and postpaid customers from as low as RM3 per month, with an introductory first-month offer of just RM1, offering a simple and stress-free solution to manage unexpected repair costs.
PhoneFIX allows customers to quickly resolve common issues such as cracked screens and battery problems, often within the same day, supported by device experts and dedicated customer service.
Subscriptions can be activated easily via the CelcomDigi app by scanning the device, further strengthening CelcomDigi’s device care portfolio and reinforcing its commitment to providing seamless, comprehensive solutions that keep customers connected without disruption.
