BATU KAWAN, December 31 – Columbia Asia Hospital Batu Kawan has officially joined the panel networks of Prudential and Prudential BSN Takaful (PruBSN) following onboarding ceremonies held on December 8 and 9, 2025, marking a significant milestone just months after the hospital began operations in July.
With this appointment, Prudential and PruBSN policyholders can now access medical services at the hospital under their respective coverage, expanding access to care for communities around Batu Kawan Industrial Park and beyond.
The inclusion brings all 13 Columbia Asia hospitals in Malaysia onto the Prudential and PruBSN panels, with immediate impact seen when the hospital received its first Prudential emergency case on the first onboarding day.
