ANA Group has once again been awarded SKYTRAX’s prestigious 5-Star Airline rating for 2025, marking its 13th consecutive year achieving the highest global benchmark for airline service excellence and reinforcing its position as the only Japanese carrier to sustain this distinction for over a decade.
The recognition reflects ANA’s consistent commitment to world-class quality across airport and in-flight services, from pristine cabins and lounges inspired by Japanese aesthetics to industry-leading comfort in First and Business Class, exceptional Japanese cuisine, and signature “Omotenashi” hospitality.
Speaking from Kuala Lumpur, ANA Malaysia General Manager Akira Tamura reaffirmed the airline’s promise to Malaysian customers while acknowledging recent local service challenges and pledging continuous improvements.
As ANA Group looks ahead with further enhancements including new “THE Room FX” Business Class seats, expanded complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, and an enriched culinary programme under “THE CONNOISSEURS,” underscoring its ongoing pursuit of excellence in global air travel.
