KUALA LUMPUR, January 7 – Education Minister Fadhlina Sidek said the Ministry of Education Malaysia will prioritise the rollout of a new preschool curriculum and the launch of an Education Development Plan for the 2026 school session.
Describing the year as a critical transition as schools return to a January academic calendar. Speaking in Kuala Lumpur, she said the preschool curriculum will be introduced earlier than planned, alongside the Education Development Plan set for January.
While reaffirming the Madani government’s commitment to easing parents’ financial burden through school aid initiatives, including assistance provided to thousands of students in Bandar Tun Razak.
