Set within the warm elegance of Tiffin Hall, the buffet is designed as a moment to pause and reconnect, welcoming families, friends, and colleagues to share familiar kampung favourites inspired by Penang’s rich culinary traditions.
From an impressive spread of ulam-ulaman kampung paired with traditional sambal, ikan masin and pekasam, to Nusantara kerabu, lemang, ketupat daun palas, sup ekor berempah, and the ever-popular bubur lambuk, the buffet celebrates nostalgia and togetherness.
Live stations add theatre and warmth to the evening, featuring kambing panggang, ikan bakar, tandoori chicken, satay, and char kuey teow, while an extensive dessert selection — including classic kuih nyonya and indulgent durian creations — rounds off the experience on a comforting, celebratory note.
