KAUAL LUMPUR, February 8 – Bay Smart Capital Venture (CapBay) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Persatuan Kontraktor Infrastruktur dan Pengurusan Fasiliti Bumiputera (PKIF) to provide digital financing solutions for Bumiputera contractors.
Which involved in critical infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, electrical works, and facility management. The collaboration aims to streamline cash flow, enhance bidding capabilities, and support larger-scale projects, leveraging CapBay’s RM5 billion track record in financing over 2,400 SMEs.
Aminbasha Basharudin, CapBay’s GM, highlighted that the partnership enables faster and more flexible access to capital, while PKIF President Datuk Sri Dr Hj Arifuddin Mohamed Shah emphasized the initiative’s role in boosting competitiveness and contributing to national economic growth.
This strategic alliance aligns with Malaysia’s Ekonomi MADANI and National Construction Policy 2030, marking a new era of empowerment for Bumiputera contractors in the country’s infrastructure sector.
