KUALA LUMPUR, February 22 — Bersatu president Muhyiddin Yassin has confirmed he will attend today’s Perikatan Nasional (PN) supreme council meeting, where the coalition is expected to decide on the appointment of its new chairman following his resignation effective Jan 1.
In a brief statement, he reiterated Bersatu’s commitment to strengthening PN and said the meeting would also address consolidation efforts, as the party undertakes internal restructuring after several resignations.
With a special task force led by senior leaders overseeing the reorganisation of affected divisions and wings.
