KUALA LUMPUR, March 12 – A 47-year-old former finance assistant collapsed in court after pleading guilty to criminal breach of trust involving RM219,885 at the Sessions Court in Georgetown.
Lee Lay Peng admitted committing the offence at a private company in Jelutong between January and April 2020.
The court allowed bail of RM8,000 with one surety and fixed April 22 for document submission. She also pleaded guilty to four additional charges involving RM677,629.50.
Committed between 2017 and 2019. The court set bail at RM10,000 for each charge and scheduled April 14 for sentencing.
