KUALA LUMPUR, March 13 — Mandopop EDM icon Jeannie Hsieh (谢金燕) has announced her first-ever solo concert in Malaysia, set for Saturday, 9 May 2026 at 6.00pm at the Arena of Stars, Resorts World Genting, marking a historic milestone for fans who have followed her decades-spanning career.
Widely hailed as the “Queen of EDM” and the “Ageless Queen,” Jeannie has defined an era of Mandarin pop with chart-topping hits such as Sister, Dancing Queen, Bi Bi Bi, Want to Prosper and Jump, while her fearless creativity, futuristic style and explosive stage presence continue to resonate across generations.
Further reignited by her acclaimed appearance on the variety show Ride the Wind 2024. Organised by Star Planet, the Malaysia debut concert will present an evolved, fully upgraded production centred on Jeannie’s artistic reinvention.
