LONDON, March 23 — GSMA has launched the Innovation Fund for Green Transition for Mobile, offering grants of £100,000 to £200,000 to support small and growing enterprises in low- and middle-income countries using mobile and digital technologies.

To expand clean energy access, promote circularity and advance climate action. Targeting firms across Africa, Central and South America, and South and Southeast Asia, the fund will back commercially viable solutions.

Such as renewable energy systems, smart metering, device refurbishment, and responsible e-waste management, while strengthening digital inclusion and affordability. Applications are open from February to May 2026.

With selected enterprises receiving funding, technical assistance, investor connections and industry visibility support.
