KUALA LUMPUR, March 29 – Malaysia has achieved a historic milestone in its dairy industry with the first export of locally produced bulk fresh milk to Singapore.
Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd flagged off the inaugural shipment from its F&N AgriValley farm in Gemas, marking a major step forward in modern dairy farming and the country’s efforts to strengthen food security.
The first shipment carried 40,000 litres of fresh milk transported to Singapore for processing within 24 hours of milking.
Officials from the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security and related agencies attended the launch, highlighting strong public–private collaboration to boost Malaysia’s dairy production and position the country as a regional supplier of high-quality milk.
