KUALA LUMPUR, March 30 — The Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre has become Malaysia’s first purpose-built venue to achieve ISO 20121 Event Sustainability Management certification, setting a new benchmark for sustainable business events.
The globally recognised standard ensures responsible practices in areas such as resource use, waste management, and operational governance. General Manager John Burke described the milestone as a defining moment.
