KUALA LUMPUR, April 2 — Taiwanese Mandopop band Mayday has donated USD300,000 to charitable causes in Malaysia, marking 25 years of strong support from local fans.
The contribution, announced by their agency B’in Music, reflects the band’s gratitude following the success of their recent concert tour.
The donation will benefit organisations including Dignity for Children Foundation, Teach For Malaysia, and the Malaysian Association for the Blind, supporting education, welfare, and community initiatives nationwide.
Representatives said the gesture aims to extend the band’s impact beyond music by helping underserved communities.
