GEORGE TOWN, April 4 — Muhd Arshad B Abdul Rahman, President of Ihsan Muda, has urged the government to immediately table amendments in Parliament to impose stricter penalties on drunk drivers.

He emphasized zero compromise, calling for immediate license revocation, mandatory prison sentences, and extended bans on license reinstatement.
